UPDATE: Due to circumstance beyond our control, there will be no official host or drink stop for this run. It will be a hot day and this is a tough run. Shorten your distance and slow your pace, and most importantly, bring plenty of hydration! Print and bring your own map, or extras will be available on the windscreen of Cass‘s car (thank you Cass!). Several people are starting at 6 instead of 6:30 so you may want to do that as well.

Something for everybody here, but plenty of TRAIL!
This route encompasses highlights of the Great Nosh race but adds the infamous Pipeline track climb-a-thon.
To get there from the south, be sure to bear left from the A38 onto Ormonde Rd then turn right, then left onto Babbage Rd. Drive down the hill to park on the right side above Echo Point Park. If you cross the Roseville Bridge going north, you‘ve missed the turn.

Now that the Sydney Running Festival and other events are completed the Tuesday “Speed & Strength” sessions will change to have more of a Hills focus – perfect for those training for the NRG Summer Trails series and associated upcoming trail races. Or for anyone who wants to build their hill running capabilities. The group meets on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm at the Indoor Sports Centre, or if running late the parallel bar set at Gore Hill Oval (in front of the Hospital). A very real probability of flash flooding, landslides and lightning due to heavy rain and storms which could deliver 120mm rain on Saturday. Transportation could be delayed too. NRG recommends you do the Crows Nest club run instead, and just add distance.
